Representation is important because it ensures diverse voices are represented, leading to innovation and more inclusive decision-making in all industries, particularly in technology and cybersecurity. Our participation at GISEC 2025 was an opportunity to highlight the growing cybersecurity portfolio of Logicom, which included over 10 of the world’s leading security vendors and a strong ecosystem of hundreds of partners. With our suite of 25+ technical services, tailored for the channel, it further underscored our commitment to providing comprehensive security solutions. It was enlightening to engage with industry leaders, partners, and customers, all under one roof, to shape the future of cybersecurity together.

End-to-End Solutions

As a market-leading distributor of tech, we provide end-to-end solutions aimed at solving the most pressing security issues of the modern digital era. Through a carefully curated portfolio covering major categories such as advanced threat protection, endpoint and network security, secure access, data loss prevention, and cloud security, we provide our partners with the resources they need to secure every level of their customers’ IT infrastructure.

A recent highlight in our portfolio is our partnership with Sophos, a global leader in next-generation cybersecurity. This collaboration enhances our ability to provide comprehensive and scalable security solutions, empowering our partners to deliver robust protection to their customers across the region.

A Collaborative Approach

In today’s fast-changing cybersecurity environment, collaboration between tech companies has never been as crucial as it is today in terms of fueling innovation and providing end-to-end protection. Our partners are proactively evolving with the rising complexity and sophistication of the cybersecurity issues of today. They are heavily investing in technical certifications, growing their solution sets, and becoming more consultative by addressing industry-specific, unique requirements.

Our Role

At Logicom, we are central to this transformation by offering a comprehensive partner enablement program. This program includes hands-on training to build necessary skills and technical proficiency, as well as pre-sales support and detailed technical workshops. We further collaborate with partners on joint go-to-market propositions, providing access to our local technical services capability for full-execution implementation, consultancy, and support across an extensive range of cybersecurity solutions. We also have a considerable investment in security-related activities, such as partner-hosted webinars, customer-facing initiatives, and strategic digital marketing initiatives. This approach ensures that our partners are not only technically proficient but also commercially empowered to create demand and successfully close business opportunities.

Ultimately, our goal is to help our partners evolve into trusted cybersecurity advisors, leveraging Logicom’s technical know-how, strong vendor relationships, and access to leading security technologies to succeed in an ever-changing digital environment.

Cloud- Our Top Priority

Cloud security is a foundational pillar of Logicom’s cybersecurity strategy. We are dedicated to helping our customers and partners be successful in defining and implementing their continually evolving digital transformation initiatives. Our portfolio includes a broad array of solutions that are designed to secure data, applications, and workloads in hybrid, public, and private cloud environments.

Logicom’s cloud security proficiency is founded on industry-leading certifications, including the Microsoft Security Solution Designation and Microsoft Specialization for Cloud Security. We are closely affiliated with industry leaders like Microsoft, Oracle, Acronis, and others, and engage in the construction and delivery of end-to-end capabilities. These include Cloud Access Security Brokers (CASB), Cloud Workload Protection Platforms (CWPP), Extended Detection and Response (XDR), Secure Web Gateways, Identity and Access Management (IAM), and compliance monitoring—offering visibility, control, and protection on complex multi-cloud infrastructure.

By integrating internal technical skillsets and capabilities, deep vendor partnerships, proactive monitoring, technical services, and cloud commerce expertise, Logicom facilitates and empowers partners and customers to create secure, agile, and future-proof cloud environments.

AI Powers Defense

In the Middle East, AI is playing a growing role in determining the future of cybersecurity—not just as a disruptor, but also an enabler. As companies around the region digitally transform at a rapid pace, the cyber threat landscape is developing at an equally rapid pace.

On one side, AI is being weaponized to conduct highly targeted phishing attacks, develop AI-created malware, and carry out learn-and-evolve attacks in real-time. It is particularly concerning to high-risk industries like government, banking, and energy, where consequences are severe, and attack surfaces are widening.

Conversely, AI is emerging as a key facilitator of defense. Throughout the UAE and Gulf, businesses are adopting AI-driven cybersecurity solutions to enhance threat detection, speed up incident response, and maximize security operations. AI is closing the gap between increasing volumes of threats and scarce cybersecurity resources.

The Complex Landscape

Cybersecurity is now more complex than ever, with threats evolving and becoming more widespread. From phishing attacks and ransomware to cloud risks and constant threats, organizations are facing a dynamic threat environment that requires quick, smart, and proactive defense measures.

In the Middle East, this need is even more pressing. The UAE stands out as a regional leader in cybersecurity, boasting robust regulatory efforts and visionary national strategies. Initiatives like the UAE’s National Cybersecurity Strategy and Saudi Arabia’s NCA guidelines are driving the implementation of zero-trust architectures, identity and access management, and secure cloud security postures.

Our team is spearheading the transition to holistic, scalable —cybersecurity—particularly in industries such as government, BFSI, and healthcare—by empowering partners with technical expertise, local intelligence, and future-proof solutions.

Way Forward

We envision fuelling this change by equipping partners with the expertise, tools, and AI technologies required to augment their security approach. Through hands-on training, technical enablement, and access to top AI technologies, we assist them in delivering faster, smarter, and more responsive cybersecurity results.

As experts, we are facilitating this transition by empowering our partners with the knowledge, tools, and platforms required to integrate AI into their security strategies. Through hands-on training, technical enablement, and access to cutting-edge AI-driven technologies from our vendor ecosystem, we empower partners to deliver smarter, faster, and more adaptive cybersecurity solutions.

Logicom is helping partners and customers across the Middle East adopt AI not just as a tool—but as a strategic driver of cyber resilience.
